My.cnf -> only 3 lines!!
I was trying to edit my.cnf file to increase the max packet size, and I was shocked to see that it has only 3 lines in it!!
Even though mysqld is running fine, and many forums on the server are running smoothly.This is the content of the file:
root@delta183 [~]# cat /etc/my.cnf
[mysqld]
set-variable = max_connections=500
safe-show-database
is this the correct my.cnf file? or is there another file??
