open_basedir question
I'm currently on a reseller and my host charges me for open_basedir restriction removal, which to me seems abit off.
My question is can the host only remove the restrictions on my account or is it global throughout all accounts?
I'm guessing all accounts as open_basedir has to be turned off in the server php config file correct?
