Net::SSLeay won't install

I want to access Webmin in secure mode on our server running RHESL4 and Apache 2. OpenSSL is installed but needs Net: Net::SSLeay won't install

SLeay module.

It failes to install and in the many errors I got

*** Could not figure out which C compiler was used to compile /usr/bin/openssl. It is essentiall tha
t OpenSSL, perl, and Net: Net::SSLeay won't install

SLeay are compiled with the same compiler and flags. Mixing and matching
compilers is not supported. at Makefile.PL line 140.

Any ideas please? Thanks
