Forum Website - Protecting Data
I am developing a website using vBulletin as my forum application. I am on a shared server, as reseller of hosting services. I use Rochen in Scotland.
The Forum site will have very high ranking members and the intention is they will be writing pretty sensitive threads.
How can I ensure protection of this data? Should I use SSL, etc.?
I will go to a dedicated server once the site is active enough. But I am very concerned about how to protect posts and such. The individual forums and the site itself will be password protected, but I am thinking beyond that.
