Zend install
I am trying to install ModernBill (the version that requires Zend Optimizer). PlatinumServerManagment.com installed Zend, and now I attempted to install ModernBill and it reports that Zend is not installed.
I notified PSM and they verified it was in fact installed. So now they are looking into why Modern Bill cannot find / detect Zend as being installed. They have been playing with it for about an hour and a half.
I was hoping someone here may have some thoughts on this?
