Some rewrite rules

Hi guys, I need two rewrite rules, but I don`t understand rewrite much, hope you help me ;-))

ONE: I need rewrite:
admin.any-domain-on-my-server.tld/* >> admin.mydomain.cz/*

And second something like this:
I have acces for stats on www.domain.com/stats/awstats.pl and I need rewrite this to stats.domain.com, but for all virtuals on my server.
Can I do it with one rule, or I must edit each virtual host config ?
