Problem extracting attachments

Hi

I have an account on a server

VB forum is running in that account

but when any users try to download an attachments

to extract them we find that all attachments are corrupted (not working)

so we tried to move that forum to another account in the same server

and the attachments worked fine and we can extract them

any idea what is the problem in that account ??
