Idev Support Please Help

I know this isnt Idev but meybe someone knows whats up

i have idev all setup but it will not let me disable the second tier

I disable it but it still gives credit for the 2nd tier

i was just wandering if there was somewhere in mysql that it would be that isnt getting changed if so where at
