Best operating system to upgrade to?

I am running Redhat 9 and Plesk 6 currently, and am looking to upgrade the OS from Redhat 9 which is currently unsupported.

Which OS do you think is the best choice to upgrade to? I hear talk about CentOS and Fedora on here, but not much talk about Red Hat Enterprise. Is it because of the high licencing cost which applies to RHE?

Any ideas or comments appreciated.
