On one of our servers a client transfer his site over from another host. Everything is fine with the server except the high server load from this new site. He is running phpBB2 and it seems to only be getting worse. The most users he has online a day is about 20, he currently had 80 vistors for the whole day yesterday. But this is the CPU usage just for three files:

Here is the specs for that server: Dual 2.4GHz Xeons 2GB RAM 2 x 200GB Drives (RAID 1)
Does this seem right? This is a new server so there is not that many on this server. Our other servers that have alot more accounts on it don't even get this high. What would you do?
