Problem with mail queue!

Hi,

We need some help with our mail situation.

Here is what is happening:

Many customers on the vps are not checking their email accounts very frequently. What happens is they reach their mailbox quota and then all emails bound for those email addresses get stuck in the general mail queue, casuing very long delays to other customers trying to receive their mail. Today the mail queue went to 1000+ messages! And we can't go through the whole list deleting the emails from the problem customers. And deleting the whole queue cannot be done since there are other customers' emails as well.

So, does anyone know any way to solve this issue, without us having to manually go in and check the queue all the time to make sure its not clogging and then contacting the customer to upgrade his mailbox quota etc etc..?

Is there any script available that will discard all incoming mail to a particular email address if the email has reached its quota?

Any help here would be greatly appreciated! We are using Cpanel/WHM on the VPS. And the catch all addresses for all domains are set to :fail:
