How do I renew an SSL cert - GeoTrust (ev1)

I purchased a QuickSSL cert from GeoTrust and through a reseller (ev1servers.net) and want to renew it. It has NOT yet expired. I am using a dedicated windows 2003 server with IIS6 (hosted with CrystalTech).

I received an email from ev1servers.net stating that it will expire in 30 days. There is a URL in the email with a URL where it says I can renew. However, there really is no information about renewing, just buying a new cert. I would not mind it except that it says I have to fool with the CSR thing again. Isn't there a way you can just renew without having to go through all that hassel?

I tried calling ev1 support but the tech I spoke with did not even know what CSR was. He told me to following the instructions.
