Help me find some software for Windows server '03 x64

I currently upgraded to Windows Server 2003 x64 Enterprise Edition and I am trying to find a good firewall and a good "sercurity scanner".

For the firewall what would you suggest? I need a firewall that once I install won't be active automatically since it will be remotely and dont want to firewall myself out...


For the security scanner, I am looking for some type of software that will scan the IP I give it and tell me some security holes that I need to fix. The more complicated the scan the better. Ie. not just some program that will scan open ports...
