CPanel cannot add DynDNS domain

I have cPanel 10.2.0 account with main domain, say domain.tld and free (sub)domain from DynDNS, say abc.dyndns.org. I have defined domain as static, IP is server's IP and it resolves correctly. When I try to add this domain as add-on domain, all I get is error message:

"The subdomain, abc.domain.tld has been added.

Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.

Removed Entry from httpd.conf The subdomain, abc.domain.tld has been removed.

abc.dyndns.org could not be setup. The subdomain abc.domain.tld was not setup either."

I guess this is because I cannot point nameservers to the nameservers of my host, this is what the support tells me to do. But, earlier it worked with another DynDNS domain, it was earlier version of cPanel. Is there anything I could do myself or is there anything I could ask the support to do? I have wildcard enabled in DynDNS.
