Server to Server Transfer Software with ssh

I am trying to find a windows ftp program that uses ssh as I need to transfer files from 1 server through root using ssh to another server through root using ssh.


any ideas on this.

I have found ftp programs that do server to server but they don't have ssh, so I can't do through root with those.
