Can somebody help me on this??

My friend just sign up for an account with brinkster, and they offer 150gb bandwith monthly. However on the cpanel brinkster doesnt offer any kind of statistic, so my friend afraid that he will use over the bandwidth limit.

So my question: Is there any basic script that can help my friend to monitor how much bandwidth does he use daily?
