Can anyone explain what settnigs to use when installing LES on a cPanel server? If you enable all of the options, lots of things begin to fail. I didn't really notice anything at first, but after cPanel starts updating software on the system, things start to act funky.
For example, exim got really screwed up because cPanel could access the RPM database during its update process. Also, something wierd happened with my SSL certificates not working after cPanel made an update to Apache and httpd.conf.
