I am currently doing some pen testing on one of my production servers and when I run nessus against it and BFD notices and blocks the IP or "attacker". I run it from the same network and there is no problems. Is it normal for BFD to notice the "attack" and block the IP? I have never ran into this problem before and have used nessus on many servers now. Im just looking for some information on this.
