How to set up domain as permanent 302 redirect

My site www.tech-pro.net is now hosted on a Linux reseller account. The site originally ran on an IIS server, and originally used tech-pro.co.uk. After I got the .net domain, I was advised that the best thing to do, to avoid search engine penalties for apparent duplicate content, was not to point both domains to the same server, but to set up the .co.uk as a permanent 302 redirect to the .net.

I have now lost the use of the IIS server, and have moved the .co.uk domain back to the domain registrar's system.

My question is, is it possible to set up this domain under my reseller account as a permanent redirect using cPanel or WHM? I can see an option in cPanel for redirecting, but that looks as if it is just for redirecting requests for one page to another within the existing domain. The instructions for adding a domain assume that it will be a new site with its own web pages.
