Sending mail to Yahoo goes to Bulk folder

* Note: I see a very similar topic on the first page at the time of posting. I decided to post separately since my problem is slightly different--my emails to *my* Yahoo account is going to bulk while his email to his account isn't bulk-filed.

Hello,

I've tried searching for the answer, but everything I find is related to receiving Yahoo mail and dealing with bulk/spam.

I moved my domains off my home/DSL server and put them on a public VPS (provider thanks to some recommendations here). Up until now I've been using my ISP's SMTP server to send mail, but now I'll be sending from my VPS directly...this is a first for me.

I got reverse DNS set up, got my MX pointer set up, have my MTA match my host name and set up SPF. But when I send from my VPS to a Yahoo account I get Bulk-filed, even after a few "Not Spam" declarations. Here are some headers:

X-YahooFilteredBulk: *my-ip*
X-Originating-IP: [*my-ip*]
Authentication-Results: mta150.mail.dcn.yahoo.com from=*mydomain*.com; domainkeys=neutral (no sig)

Does that mean my IP is blacklisted? I searched Spamhaus' blacklist, but I'm not on it.

One of my sites will be an eCommerce site, and I would like for its mail to not be filed as spam. I am not, have not been and won't be a heavy email sender. I just want to be able to reply to inquiries without getting bulk-filed.

By the way, I'm aware of DomainKeys, but I haven't heard that Yahoo requires them to avoid bulkfile status. Correct me if I'm wrong. (EDIT: Just tested by sending through my ISP: it got through okay--same From address--and isn't DK'ed.)
