User detection
Previously I had the cookies deleted from the IE menu (Delete Cookies & Delete Files), but there was one website I visited still recognized me.
Does anyone know does the website detect me?
I have dynamic IP.
Is the website able to detect up to the network card phycical address level which cannot be changed?
Any idea on this issue will be appreciated. Thanks.
