OpenSSH 4.2p1 broke SFTP

I've been banging my head against the wall on this one. I've upgraded to OpenSSH 4.2p1 and now my Secure FTP no longer works. I can SSH in just fine but this one has me stumped. Has anyone else had this same problem?
