how to install mmcache?

my site begins to show very large number of visitors, and so almost every page request it shows that the server shows no responce.
So I need to optimize my server performance and use mmcache, but my problem is I only have access to a CPanel,

but I don't know exactly how to go through it using the CPanel,

can anybody please help me on htis installation?
or help me find a better hosting?
