Basic Question on Moving Site to New Domain
I have been developing a site on one domain name VermontWeddingDirectory.com and have recently bought another website WeddingsVermont.com which lives on a different server.
I would like to consolidate the two sites under the WeddingsVermont.com domain. I don't need any of the current WeddingsVermont.com content, I will use what is currently at VermontWeddingDirectory.com.
I understand the DNS issue... I need to change the DNS servers at the registrar to point to my host company's name servers.
I think the only way that my host knows where a domain is, is by the setup in WHM.
But if I setup a new Domain in WHM for WeddingsVermont.com... that creates a new Website/Account.. I guess I would just copy the files from VermontWeddingDirectory.com into the new website/account.
Is that correct?
