OK let's started,I made a full backup few days ago before my host went down,and now on my new host, I want to backup my all stuff,full backup with mysql and etc,and when i do it via cpanel it restore it,but not the backup or something like that,it just create a directory backup.bla.ba.ba in home directory because on other host was my diffirent username monoblu without "e" and now is monoblue,so how can i do it? the problem is I didn't mysql backups done manual I did it with full backup and make mistake,so now how can I restore it,I mean .sql files that I have cause they are more important then content,I have everything on my HD,yes I don't have a root access only a shell,so please help me,what to do,to contact my host provider and send them a sql files so they can upload it in the dir or what?
