Darwin Quicktime Streaming - Windows 2003/HELM

We have a client who wants to broadcast a feed from a web cam from his website.

Initially he wanted to broad cast from his laptop using an iburst connection. He wanted to transmit to existing account (hosted on linux), then broadcast it from there. But he couldn't find any linux based scripts to do that (in his price range). What he did find was "WebcamXP Pro" but he needs windows based machine for it that has enough bandwidth to support multiple viewings.

We do provide windows based hosting as well and suggested him to use darwin which we have already installed on our windows 2003 server.

But need some guidance on how the whole process would actually work using darwin? whether its an appropriate solution or not?

What other options are there?

Is there any step-by-step guide on how to's about Darwin? like how to access darwin through our server, broadcasting etc?
