[Cpanel X] subdomain to ip?

hi there,

I would like to redirect my subdomain (irc.blabla.com) to my irc server ip (127.0.0.1).

I tried it with redirect and subdomain redirection, but it wont work [Cpanel X] subdomain to ip?
I know its possible with Plesk, but can Cpanel X do the same?
