MSI 845GVM-RZ End of Life.

I have been integrating the Msi 845-GVM-RZ motherboard into thousand's of servers for my customers and that motherboard has reqached its end of life....

Has anyone found a worthy 845 intel chipset board that work seamensly well with both linux and windows enviroments?
