Rack911: Disappeared in mid-install?
Hi,I asked Steve at Rack911 to quote on a custom install for my new server while I did a migration from another provider. He happily quoted me and seeing as I'd had a good experience from him before, gave him the go ahead.
Now, a good few days in, he has only finished half the job and hasn't answered my emails for 6 days. I've left decreet messages on this board, but now I feel I must post something he may take a little more notice of.
Any chance of a response Steven?
