Strange network ownership
NetRange: 66.199.238.0 - 66.199.238.255
CIDR: 66.199.238.0/24
..is owned by an AUSTRALIAN company.
Well,I happen to have a server hosted with ezzi.net in New YORK, USA, and the ip from that range..and my server is in NY, 100% sure(I did a tracert and I can see the last hop is a router in NYC).
What the heck is this??? They've "rented" some subnet,or what?
