How many httpd process alow? PRM config.

hi,
using PRM for a ded. server (cpanel server) how may httpd process to allow? I currently have set it to: 30 but i see tha httpd restarts to often every day. (about 15 times a day)
What i see when httpd got restar is the following:

USER: nobody
PID : 2120
CMD : /usr/local/apache/bin/httpd
CPU%: 0 (limit: 45)
MEM%: 2 (limit: 35)
PROCS: 72 (limit: 30)
-----------------

PS i also using SIM and SPRI

Any suggestion?
