antivirus for dedicated server pool

i would like to see what antivirus strageries is possibble for a pool of dedicated servers that we have no access to., i.e. i don't know the domains.

i used fortigate firewall antivirus before but it works too slow. It can just block smtp traffic that contains virus so it does not go into dedicated server pool. thus, mail domains in the dedicated servers has mx of their own IP, not the firewall ip.

i am now testing some antivirus gateway, but for using antivirus gateway, i need to point the domains to the MX as the gateway, and that i must configure in the machine the destinated domains. however, it is impossible to always get a list of mail domains in dedicated server. how is it possible to antivirus then?
