newsyslog doesn't like @T00 on FreeBSD

hello

I've this line on /etc/newsyslog.conf:

/var/log/maillog 640 7 * @T00 Z

and it seens newsyslog doesn't like it:
-su-2.05b# newsyslog
newsyslog: nonexistent time for 'at' value:
/var/log/maillog 640 7 * @T00 Z

it started to happen after the time of my server was updated to 1:00 when it was 0:00 (due summer time here)

so... my guess is that it's complaining because it didn't run today (since T00 didn't happen) and will stop after running tomorrow?
or I should change something?

thanks
