iPaq Connection Point CP-2W Routing

I have a network setup in the following fashion (excuse the child-like scribblish art masterpiece iPaq Connection Point CP-2W Routing)

uber-designs.com/setup.gif (copy and paste)

for those that will better understand this setup better verbally, here is a quick run through...

Internet comes thru the cable modem, and into the iPaq Connection Point CP-2W Router, and from there, runs into 4 different areas. The only area I care about is the area with the secondary router (which is acting more like a switch) and then into my main PC (Running WinXP), my Linux Box (Running Fedora Core 4) and then my laptop (Running WinME... yes laugh all you want, it's hitting the curb at the end of the year iPaq Connection Point CP-2W Routing)

Now:

I have the secondary router setup all fine and dandy like, a.k.a. I can access it from anywhere within the network.

The problem I have is within the iPaq CP-2W.

When I go into the Router Table page, it asks for the following...

Destination: (192.168.1.19)
Subnet Mask: (255.255.255.0)
Gateway: (192.168.0.1)

All those values were obtained from going to Run >> Command >> IPCONFIG/ALL.

However, the following error shows up...

Gateway must be inside the subnet mask.

(That's not quoted because I cannot get on the actual router point at the moment, but it's the general idea)

I was wondering what values I should be placing in those areas to correctly get all incoming requests on port 80, to route to my router (which will again route it to my Linux box?)
