Cpanel account on another HD

Hi,
I need to transfer an entire cpanel account (web,ftp,mail etc...) from my first harddisk to the secondary and config to web, ftp, mail points to the new harddrive.

So i did a cp -R /home/web/ to /backup/web, and change virtual host on httpd.conf to point to /backup/web

I change /etc/passwd too, but the FTP doesnt work, and mail I havent test yet.

Whats missing to all services works perfectly like before?
