Cannot delete identity or email account from Outlook Express
One of my customers is using outlook. We were attempting to change one of his email accounts from an old pop account to a new pop account.When we change the settings to reflect the new pop account, it works... but as soon as we exit outlook and go back in, the settings are back to the old account.
Same with deleting. When we delete the old pop account, then exit and go back in, the old account simply comes back.
I also tried having him remove an identity just in case, and when he clicks delete, the entity never actually disappears.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I have never seen this happen... hopefully someone else has.
