Apache + Virtual Hosting
My problem is the response time differences, 20secs to load one page vs about 1sec for the same page on the other site.
The code on the pages is exactly the same (copied and pasted), they are located on the same server, on the same drive etc etc.
The interesting thing is when i stress test the server using Siege the slow site has the CPU usage spiking to 80-95% while the quick site sits at about 15%
Its freaking me out because i cant find the difference between them. The only difference I can think of is the IP address (both on the same NIC, using an alias)
Hopefully someone else has come across this before.
