CPANEL problem? Add-on domain redirecting to main domain

Strange error, and I believe it is CPANEL related. This just started happening after a HD crash, not sure if some default feature needs to be changed back. Let me explain.

When I type mydomain1.com/phpbb into my browser it automatically directs me to the full subdomain path. Example:
mydomain1.com.MainDomain.com/phpbb

Same thing happens if I type in any directory after the domain.. mydomain1.com/images, etc.. (So it is not a script issues (ie wordpress, phpbb)

Any help is appreciated. If you didn't explain well, please let me know.
