Squirrel Mail Attachment Problem

I have this weird problem after increasing the attachment size, the email can be send out but there is an error as below even when all the trash and folders are empty and the quota far exceed the attachment size.

ERROR:
ERROR : Could not append message to INBOX.Sent.
Server responded: [ALERT] You exceeded your mail quota.
Solution: Remove unneccessary messages from your folder and start with your
Trash folder.

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output
started at /var/www/html/webmail/functions/page_header.php:31) in
