awstats/webazlier missing stats

For some reason, my awsats and webalizer are missing stats for September 26th - 28th ONLY for one of my subdomains on the server. The other domains aren't missing those stats. I'm guessing it has something to do with the logs since the stats are missing for more than one stat program.

Anyone know why and can I get get those stats back for that subdomain? I'm afraid it might not be possible since this is a new month awstats/webazlier missing stats Thanks in advance.
