Is it possible to have my server convert wmv's as they are uploaded to the server. I want them converted to .3gp then copied into another folder so people can stream the wmv's from the website but also download the 3gp versions of the videos onto there mobile phones using my WAP gateway.
I found this tool: http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=ffmpeg but i wouldnt know how to go about using it.
