apache up, apache down, over and over and over

I dont know what else to do, i have a server spece as follows.

p4 2.8
1 gig ram
2x 80 gig hd
centOS
Cpanel/whm
apf/bfd/ssh ip and port changed

I am noticing that since the transfer of accounts over to the new server i keep getting siteuptime e-mails telling me my website is down. Sometimes it is not down other times load times are slow, lastly the server load never rises above 0.25. I am completly lost. Never had these problems with my last server. Im just looking for some help on what might be causeing this.
