PHP Mail issue (Vbulletin, ZenCart, Photopost)

I moved from one server to another server, and seems as if a few of my customers are now not receiving their emails.

Vbulletin - no thread subscription emails, PM emails, or anything sent from VB

photopost - they don't get new uploads, new comments, new member emails

and zencart - they don't get new order emails


Is there something in php mail that i need to configure?

The odd thing, is I have a website of my own on here, and did a test VB thread subscription and it worked. but why is it not for anyone else?
