SpamAssassin Outgoing Email Filters and RBL

Hello, I've had some very bad clients sending email via their SMTP authenticated connections in my server, some of them seemed to be forging the from: address.

I'm running RHEL 3 with Plesk 7.0.5, qmail and SpamAssassin 2.63.

I was thinking in filtering outgoing emails with name@example.com in the from: header but it seems to me that SpamAssassin only filters incoming messages, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Do you have any idea on how I could filter messages sent from name@example.com or containing certain text in the body? It would be great to use SpamAssassin with outgoing messages but I've made many tests (sending from a test account in my server to my Yahoo mail) and it doesn't seem to work.

I know I can also use RBL's such as Spamhaus to help in filtering spammer before they touch my server but unfortunately lots of IP's from the main DSL provider in my country are listed in Spamcop and Spamhaus so many of my clients can't send email if I activate that.

Any ideas?

Thanks a lot!
