Cpanel Backup is disable... cannot enable

its soo stupid... just need to restore a DB backup however a warnig messages say this feature is not enable (strange i was able to download the backup first)
Now i really do not finde the way to enable Cpanel backup in WHM... can please anyone tell where i can enable it again??
