delete dns records

Hi i have a problem with two dns server of a domain.
I have used them a long time ago and in both server there are data that's is not correct.

Anyone know can i delete a record of mx from dns4.register.com and dns7.servidoresdns.net.
I wish to delete those records because they're pointing to a bad machine and a bad ip address.
