How can I find source of Windows resource hogs?
I'm wondering if there is a tool or method I can use to see which web site on my Windows 2003 server is hogging resources? I sometimes can see the CPU usage is above 70-80% or higher. But I am not sure how to track down the site(s) that might be the cause of this problem, if they are sites at all. Maybe it's something else.
Any experts out there that can share their tips or tricks?
