On-demand MP3 Streamer - Know of any?

Im looking for a on-demand MP3 streamer, does anyone know of any? Possibly one with a 1 connection limit (myself) so that I can listen to my music collection from work and know that no one else is listening in.

I know I can run a SHOUTcast server but thats just playing a playlist, I want on demand so I can select what I want to listen to whenever.
