I was wondering if there are any WYSIWYS (what you see is what you get) program (Visual, CPP, C...) that will let me create a small application (windows based) that will close all Internet Explorer browsers and run a registry script file. This is in no way related to SPAM or MALWARE, its purpose is to change the proxy settings in Internet Explorer to a public (well private but full access) proxy inside the institue that does not go through the St. Bernard "safe site" list. Staff at the institure I work at currently have to find the .reg file then run it but I want to add the program to Windows startup (for staff only) that runs this file. Any help would be appreciated.
