How To Add More IP's Thru WHM?

Hi, I've checked a few tutorials and read thru a few topics in this forum, but I didn't find anything that really answered my question.

I had my server setup by someone else, so I don't know how to add more IP's to my account. I have 4 new IP's, I need to add them to my server thru WHM.

Can anyone help? With a brief explaination on how to do this?
